At Drexel, I lead cross-functional teams to produce marketing and social media content by using content management systems for sponsored content, organic posts, and email campaigns. Through these efforts, we achieved a 39% increase in average event attendance and 100% increase in social media engagement in my first year. Because of this success, I was promoted two levels up from my original manager title.
